Tabitha graduated from the culinary program at Fanshawe College and Dave graduated from the Cordon Bleu in Ottawa. She and her partner Dave, have both been in the industry as long as they’ve worked. With experience in the kitchen, as well as supervising and even managing large chain restaurants, they have a lot of passion and hard work to share with the world. While Tabitha has a talent with cakes, detailed design and anything baked, Dave excels with the main staples, like meats, sandwiches and any entrées you could imagine. With little direction they both create using their skills and their hearts.
